Rare armchair model 1001 by Sven Ivar Dysthe for Dokka Möbler. Designed in 1959 and produced in Norway, this model is highly desirable. Coming directly from a local estate where it has been since 1962. Solid construction, very comfortable. All original.
Condition: General wear from use. The upholstery appears to be a faux leather with solid rosewood arms and rails. Steel frame. Tag to underside.
Condition: Some minor blemishes to the black upholstery material, including minor overpaint spotting. General wear from use. Sits very comfortably. All joints have been tightened. Strapping on underside still works and is comfortable, however it does appear to be dry. Condition is overall very good for the age.

31" H x 28" W x 30" D x 14 1/2" Seat height
