Stunning antique French bed with ormolu bronze mounts and fine string inlay. Stunning burl wood and rosewood veneers. Coming directly from a 3 million dollar Far Hills, NJ estate where the decorator purchased much of the furniture from ABC carpet. Would have been very expensive new.
I believe this bed fits are large double mattress or a queen. It was expanded as far as length to meet the 80 inch requirement. It comes with two pine slats that fit within the rails.
Condition: Typical wear from use. Some chips to the veneer. Ormolu missing a few nails. Structurally sound, was in use in the estate.

Headboard: 62″H x 60-1/2″W
Each rail: 80-1/2″L
