A Louis XV Gilt Bronze 6-Light Chandelier Antique French Crystal Prisms Italian

$1,799.00

Outstanding large antique chandelier coming directly from a large local estate where it was a show piece in the diningroom.  This is an early Italian made fixture, probably dating to the early 20th century.  Timeless Louis XV style with gilt bronze frame and Italian glass prisms.  All hand crafted to the highest standards.

This piece was purchased in 1961 by a decorator in NYC for a large local estate.  It was an antique fiture at that time and was rewired then.  Does come with a set of paper shades if desired.

Condition:  Overall excellent. I find no damaged prisms, but there could be some minor flaws that we did not notice.  Current wiring is good, but we always recommend rewiring.

Measurements:
28" Total height from bottom prism to top of bronze x 24" W

When it was hanging in the home, it measured 36" from ceiling to lowest prism.
